Regular Junk Removal Service (Quarter-Truck Minimum)

We remove a wide range of items as part of multi-item pickups and cleanouts.
Our service requires a minimum of a quarter truck load, with pricing starting at $560.
Single-item removals are not offered.

For the best value, we recommend grouping items together to meet the quarter-truck minimum.

Types of Items We Remove

Appliances
Freezers, refrigerators, washers, dryers, and similar appliances

Furniture
Beds, chairs, couches, sofas, dressers, futons, mattresses, tables, fish tanks, and related items

Office Items
Books, binders, computers, file boxes, file cabinets, magazines, newspapers, and general office contents

Outdoor Items
Pallets, crates, pool and deck items, sheds and storage contents, yard rubbish, and outdoor debris

Miscellaneous Items
Boxes, exercise equipment, spoiled food, tires, used clothing, and similar household or commercial items

Construction and Renovation Debris

We will pick up any debris resulting from bathroom, kitchen and basement renovation and/or demolition. The weight of the dense material will affect the price.

Dense Material Removal

We will pick up all broken concrete, dirt, soil, gravel, roofing material, bricks, cinder blocks, ceramic tiles, etc. Dense material is charged by the bedload. A full bedload is 12 inches high and extends the length of the truck; it is usually the same price as a full truck load.

Mixed Junk and Debris

We will pick up regular junk mixed with construction debris and dense material together. However, if you have regular junk combined with dense material, the weight of the dense material will affect the price.

Multi-items removal. No single item pickup

Our pickups are designed for multiple items removed together and require a minimum of a quarter truck load for service.
Single-item pickups are not offered.

This option is best for clients with a small group of items that together meet the quarter-truck minimum, providing the best value and efficiency.

Examples of a quarter-truck pickup may include combinations such as:

• Small standing piano with additional furniture or boxed items

• Mattress & box spring plus bed frame, dresser, or nightstands

• Couch with coffee table, chairs, and loose items

• TV with stand, shelving, and additional electronics

• Treadmill with other exercise equipment or household items

Minimum pricing starts at $560, based on a quarter-truck load.
Final pricing depends on total volume, access conditions, and labor requirements.

Additional charges may apply for:

• Walk-up buildings or difficult access conditions
