Pricing depends on volume, labor, access (stairs/elevator), and load distance. We do a brief walk-through and give you a written estimate—no surprises.
Can you handle co-op/condo rules and provide a COI?
Yes. We coordinate elevator windows, loading dock times, and superintendent requirements, and we provide Certificates of Insurance on request.
What happens to items of value you find?
We stop and notify the client/representative. Crew members are not authorized to keep personal valuables. We await your direction.
Do you donate items?
We prioritize donation when partners are accepting and recycle where facilities allow. Documentation/receipts provided when available.
Can you work directly with an executor, attorney, or realtor?
Yes. We routinely coordinate with executors, probate attorneys, property managers, and listing agents, including photo updates on request.
Do you handle hoarding or extremely cluttered properties?
Yes. Hoarding situations can involve unsafe and unsanitary condition. Our crews remove the accumulated contents and restore the space to a clean, usable condition.
What should I set aside before you arrive?
IDs, legal papers, keys, recent mail, photos, military/service records, and small heirlooms—place in a clearly labeled “Do Not Remove” area.
How fast can you start and how long does it take?
Most cleanout can be scheduled withing a week, and often sooner for urgent situations. Many apartments are completed in one day; larger homes take one or two days depending on volume.
Do you provide photos after the cleanout is completed ?
Yes— we provide before/after photos.
